We collected cash and checks at an event; how do I turn those in to Be The Match? Will they show on our page?
We always recommend turning cash into a cashier’s check before shipping. Then you can send all funds with this form  (address is at the bottom of the form). All gifts will be added to your fundraising page.

What is the difference between a team and a personal page?
One person from each chapter should start a team page and name it after your school. If you name is something like “Go Dawgs” that can be difficult for us to track which amazing group is using the page. The person who starts the team page becomes the “team captain” and automatically gets a personal page as well. The team captain should go on to encourage all other members of their chapter to “join the team”.

Where do the funds go? How do I know they are helping patients?
We cannot accomplish our life-saving mission without philanthropy. Every dollar you raise gets us closer to our goals. To learn more about how funds raised were utilized last year, see our FY19 Annual Numbers At-A-Glance. Feel free to share that document.

To go beyond the numbers, meet Mychaela. Mychaela had a transplant 10 years ago following a diagnosis of aplastic anemia. Thanks to her life-saving transplant, Mychaela is now looking at colleges in her home state of Michigan!
